To Relax, energise and help others through reflexology is my passion
Whilst I qualified in Reflexology at the age of 32, I have had an interest in reflexology for years. As a child, I was unwell and allergic to traditional medication, so my mum started to look into alternative and complimentary therapies for me. This led her, 20 years ago, to become a reflexologist and she still practices today. I am now following in her footsteps and turning my passion and belief into a reality, offering Reflexology in Tunbridge Wells (Southborough) and Reflexology in Crowborough, I can also accommodate evenings and weekend appointments too.
There are a number of Reflexologists in the market with different levels of qualifications and experience. Having studied and passed a year of Anatomy and Physiology study, gained a level 3 Diploma, I continue to improve and develop my knowledge and skills, I am a proud member of the Association of Reflexologists and really have a passion for true reflexology.
My daughter, Harriet, is my number one passion. However, reflexology is a very close second. The benefits of it still fascinate me and to have had the privilege to study at Maureen Burgess School of Reflexology, become a member of theAssociation of Reflexologists and now practice, is my dream come true!
Outside of the working world, I generally spend my time either outdoors with my daughter or being crafty and getting messy with paints and glue! She takes up a lot of my time and I love every minute of it. I also travel as much as I can, I love visiting new places! I try to go indoor skydiving as possible as I love the feeling of freedom!
